About the Course
About the Course
Healthy workplaces are strengthened through intentional relationships, shared accountability, respectful communication, and the ability to navigate change, conflict, and disagreement together.
Strengthening the Circle is an interactive one- or two-day training that helps participants better understand their own responses under pressure, engage conflict with greater curiosity, and contribute to cultures of psychological safety, learning, accountability, and repair. Through facilitated dialogue, experiential activities, and practical application, participants move from understanding the factors that shape workplace relationships to practising healthier ways of working together.
Grounded in Indigenous pedagogy and informed by decolonizing, trauma- and equity-informed approaches, this training explores how lived experiences, relationships, organizational conditions, power, and the ongoing influence of colonial workplace structures can shape team dynamics.
The one-day format introduces the training’s core concepts and practical tools, while the two-day format provides more time for deeper exploration, experiential practice, team reflection, and the application of learning. The appropriate format, areas of focus, and depth of the session can be discussed during the initial consultation and tailored to your team’s needs.
This training is designed for teams and organizations seeking to strengthen workplace relationships, navigate difficult conversations more effectively, and build shared practices for responding to change, conflict, feedback, and mistakes.
