At LPC, we hold close the belief that cultural safety, decolonization, and anti-racism is not only possible, it is already happening. In every courageous conversation, in every act of truth-telling, and in every step towards relationships rooted in respect and care. Our work begins by creating safe, connected spaces where people can show up fully and do transformative work, wherever they are on their journey.
This report reflects the journey we are on together toward reconciliation and decolonization. It is both a celebration of the good work done, and a recommitment to the path ahead. This report uplifts our shared efforts, acknowledges the progress we’ve made, and honours the impact of this work in the community and beyond.
