Our 2025 Annual Report offers a transparent look at LPC’s continued growth, learning, and transformation over the past year. As we mark five years of this work, the report reflects on the relationships, teachings, partnerships, and community responsibilities that continue to guide us.

x̌əyθət sq̓əq̓íp (hay-thut squh-qeep) is the report title in hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓, meaning “transform [yourself] together.” It reflects a year of moving from Walking Together toward Transforming Together, deepening our accountability in relationships, embodying what we have learned, and carrying that learning into the systems and spaces we are a part of.
This report honours transformation as an ongoing process of becoming. It lives in the way we hold space for one another, return to wellness as a foundation, support community, and nurture change with care, intention, and responsibility. Through client work, community gatherings, partnerships, and team stories, the report reflects LPC’s continued commitment to decolonization, Indigenous cultural safety, reciprocity, and long-term systems change.
