Building Relationships, Embedding Culture and Decolonizing Governance

Sacred Waters Developments sought to build stronger relationships with the three Nations they serve while navigating cross-cultural collaboration in their development work. LPC supported the organization with knowledge translation rooted in Two-Eyed Seeing, helping bridge cultural contexts between corporate partners and Indigenous communities. The work included governance and protocol advising, executive coaching, community engagement with local artists, and cultural training beginning with a cultural kickoff event.
