First Nations 101

This foundational session supports learners in building a respectful understanding of First Nations identity, history, and government policy. Participants will explore key terminology and the timeline of First Nations experiences in Canada, while gaining insight into the long-standing impacts of the Indian Act. This workshop sets the groundwork for deeper, culturally safer engagement.
