About the Course

Facilitation is more than delivering content, it is the responsibility of creating spaces where people feel safe to learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Holding Space: Professional Facilitation Training is designed for professionals who lead meetings, workshops, training sessions, or community conversations.

This training equips participants with the mindset, tools, and relational protocols needed to facilitate learning in ways that are engaging, respectful, and impactful. Grounded in Indigenous values and relational approaches, this training introduces participants to three braided strands of facilitation: Responsibilities, Teachings, and Protocols. Participants will leave with practical facilitation tools and the confidence to hold space with care, intention, and clarity.

Minimum group size: 13 participants
